After a period of consolidation, we are preparing for some explosive growth and we are looking for the right team members to support our advisers and be a part of that growth!

The Role…

  • Flexible & hybrid role, Full time or part time for the right candidate.
  • As an Associate Adviser you will work closely with our Senior Advisers to support them to deliver on our promises to clients.
  • You will an integral part of the advice relationship with existing clients in our Mandurah office.  We are in the relationships game and you will continue to build trust by providing great service, experiences and outcomes.
  • You will help manage the Advice process for our clients and be heavily involved in designing strategies to achieve their goals, researching and modelling outcomes and helping the Advice come to life through project managing the implementation
  • The role will combine strong technical knowledge and strategy development with working closely with clients. Training opportunities are available to help develop these skills.
  • You will have the opportunity to be mentored by highly awarded advisers and help mentor other team members
  • You will have the opportunity to be a part of shaping the future of the business with your ideas and passion.
  • In time, the right person could move into an Adviser role or management role within the business.

For FP Students or Grads…

  • We can work with part time if you are still studying and look at developing into a Full time role after graduation.
  • We will help you develop to achieve the outcomes listed in the role above, however we will give you time to learn and develop your skills in each of the areas.
  • You will work through our Advice Excellence Program and build confidence in each part of the Advice process whilst helping us manage our client relationships.
  • As you master one skill we will move on to the next, until you are able to develop advanced client strategies and manage the  implementation process in full.
  • We will also help identify your unique strengths/skills and see how these can be utilised in the business to help us innovate and improve.

The person

You will be trusted with responsibility and we will need you to operate with autonomy and be confident to reach out for help when needed.  We will work hard and have fun.  As part of that, we need outcomes and need you to get things done.  We value curiosity.  We need someone who is innovative and creative so they can continually seek improvement in their role and the way that we do things.


  • You have completed or are presently completing your FASEA education requirements.
  • You need to have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • You are highly professional and personable and can empathise with a large range of clients.
  • You must be a team player. We are building something that everyone benefits from.
  • We innovate, so technology skills and an ability to adapt and learn new software is a must!
  • You need to be able to manage yourself and achieve great results, but be able to question the status quo and ask for help when needed.

We are flexible and will be prepared to work with the ideal candidate to ensure a great work/life balance.

If you’re not yet ready to live in Mandurah, commuting is a easy with a 45min drive from South Perth against the traffic or a comfortable train ride. Working remotely for some days each week is also possible.


You will receive a competitive base salary based on your experience which will grow with your skills and also be part of our generous team bonus structure.
