Mark Rattigan - Financial Advisor

Mark is passionate about helping people live a more fulfilling life by understanding what is truly important to them and helping them make better decisions to achieve these priorities.

Mark has been an active member of the Peel region for over 25 years and enjoys the laid-back lifestyle with his wife and two children. He has been the Vice President of the Peel Chamber of Commerce since 2010 and is an avid cricketer for the Pinjarra Cricket Club.

When he is not on the cricket field in summer, Mark loves to spend time with friends and family boating around our amazing waterways.

As a member of the Association of Financial Advisers (AFA), member of the AFA Leaders Forum and Chair of the Infocus Adviser Council, Mark strives to provide the highest level of professionalism, ethics and service available in the Financial industry. He is an experienced Financial Advisor with a vast knowledge base developed from years of extensive study, experience across all areas of finance and from working closely with specialised advisers in other fields.

Peter Campbell

Peter is passionate about making an impact on peoples lives through great financial advice. When you talk to Peter, you will get back to basics to get your financial affairs in order and throw around ideas on how to build your wealth to achieve your dreams. These discussions make Peter get out of bed in the morning and finish the day on a high.

Peter’s “why” is quite simple – Helping people to achieve their financial potential.

Originally from Bridgetown in the South West, Peter has worked in Melbourne and Perth CBD and has decided to leave the “Big Smoke” to be a bit closer to home and get back to his roots. Married and planning a young family, Peter has travelled extensively – visiting 16 countries so far.

He knows full well that dreams take many shapes and forms – be it wealth, travel, health, or leading a simple life unbeholden to anyone. If it’s important to you – he will find a way!

Peter has served as Vice-Chair of the Financial Planning Association’s (FPA) WA Chapter and mentors up and coming Financial Advisers and students and has been asked to speak at numerous events on Financial Planning.

Peter was pivotal in helping Merideon become a FPA Professional Practice.

Tom Crossen

Financial Adviser
Diploma Financial Services (Financial Planning)

Tom has been a financial adviser for over 12 years and part of the industry for more than 20 years.

He has worked with a diverse client base, including farmers, business owners, as well as everyday Australians. He has a down to earth approach and can explain complex concepts in a way that is easily understood.

It is Tom’s passion to help people firstly, define what they want to achieve. Then map & navigate their journey to reach that financial destination. Tom says “ A lot of people know what they want but find it hard to articulate given the busy and at times stressful nature of their lives. They have just not asked themselves the right questions. I help them with this.”

Tom has a passion for sport and was a state cricket representative in Tasmania in his younger days. He has played and coached at the Premier League level in Tasmania and South Australia.

Family is important to Tom, he enjoys being a Dad to his two teenage sons who are both growing into fine young men.

 


John Kamau

Associate Financial Adviser
Msc. Actuarial & Financial Science | BSc(Hons) | Dip FP

John Kamau is an enthusiastic associate adviser who joined Merideon to put in practice his knowledge in finance and actuarial science. He works closely with senior financial advisers in providing sound strategic advice to clients through performing complex research, financial modelling and analysis.

John is passionate about family adventures and travelling.

 


Tegan Flynn

Client Services Officer

Coming from a Financial Planning family, Tegan has a passion for the financial advice industry and in helping clients achieve more with their finances. With an extensive background in the industry, from stockbroking firms, to large and boutique financial planning firms, Tegan has a good working knowledge of the industry.

Tegan is passionate about ensuring our clients have the best level of customer service and fights to get them the best results. Her role is to ensure the smooth operations of the office and to help implement all of the strategies developed by our advice team.

Tegan is a proud Mum of two beautiful children and is dedicated to her family.

 


Hepseba Bonda

Client Services Officer
Masters Business Administration

Hepseba joined the Merideon team when we merged with the Lighthouse business in 2018. Before that, she has had an extensive career in Financial Services focused on client service, compliance and processes. Hepseba’s attention to detail is important to ensure our client’s strategies are implemented correctly and that the business processes are effective.

 


Emma Rattigan

Office Manager

Emma is focused on the efficient daily operations of the office and in helping us continuously improve our systems. Coming from outside of the Financial planning industry, Emma is able to provide valuable insights and question the way that we operate to help us identify and implement improvements.

Emma also manages Merideon’s client communications and events.

Emma loves hitting the gym, enjoying a wine with friends and wrangles two wonderful kids and her husband.

 


Jhoanna Duano

Client Support

Jhoanna’s role is to support the team in prepping and processing the extensive amount of data and paperwork required to operate a successful financial planning business.

Jhoanna is tasked with ensuring our client information is kept up to date and accurate, collecting client information and preparing statements and paperwork for our client meetings.

Jhoanna admires Korean idols and likes to spend her weekends socializing and singing Karaoke with friends. She’s passionate about experiencing life and helping ensure our clients receive a great service.

 


Deni Palompon

Client Support

Deni’s role is to assist the Client Service Officers with prepping and processing extensive amount of paperwork and data required to operate a successful financial planning business.

Deni is tasked with ensuring our client information is kept up to date and accurate, collecting client information and preparing paperwork for client meetings.

Deni’s ideal vacation would be to visit another galaxy, when she’s not working Deni loves spending her time exploring the internet for interesting fact and reading comics.

 


Andrew Britton

Adviser Support Assistant

Andrew has a passion for helping people make better financial decisions. He has over four years of experience working in client service, accounting and corporate finance preparing reports, budgets and informing impactful decisions. It is this passion that drives Andrew’s desire to one day become a financial planner.

Andrew currently helps Merideon and our clients implement fantastic financial advice.

Andrew graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2016 and has since worked in Perth, London, and now Mandurah.

When Andrew isn’t at the office, you might find him having a surf, cooking up a storm, or planning his next adventure!

 


Peter Rattigan

Money Master Officer

After semi-retiring, Peter was seconded to manage our Money Master reconciliation and reporting services. After a long and varied career, Peter spent a large part of his career working in a company focused on money management where he developed a proprietary software package for the business.

Another spreadsheet aficionado, Peter is very comfortable juggling numbers and reports and has an eye for picking up when your numbers don’t add up.

Peter is a proud but part-time Grey Nomad and a passionate and talented photographer.
