Mark is passionate about helping people live a more fulfilling life by understanding what is truly important to them and helping them make better decisions to achieve these priorities.

Mark has been an active member of the Peel region for over 25 years and enjoys the laid-back lifestyle with his wife and two children. He has been the Vice President of the Peel Chamber of Commerce since 2010 and is an avid cricketer for the Pinjarra Cricket Club.

When he is not on the cricket field in summer, Mark loves to spend time with friends and family boating around our amazing waterways.

As a member of the Association of Financial Advisers (AFA), member of the AFA Leaders Forum and Chair of the Infocus Financial Advisor Council, Mark strives to provide the highest level of professionalism, ethics and service available in the Financial industry. He is an experienced Financial Advisor with a vast knowledge base developed from years of extensive study, experience across all areas of finance and from working closely with specialised advisers in other fields.

Jamie Woolley

Jamie has worked in the financial planning industry since graduating from university almost a decade ago. He enjoys working in retirement planning and asset preservation, he understands that retirement is the start of a whole new adventure and not the end of one. Therefore his advice and recommendations are tailored to set you on the path to retirement without financial restraints, concerns or confusion.

At home, he loves spending time with his 4 year old son. He’s also a keen sports fan, a passionate supporter of the Fremantle Dockers, but be warned…if you do start talking sport with me, the meeting could be overrun by a couple of hours!

 


Andrew Britton

Adviser Support Assistant

Andrew has a passion for helping people make better financial decisions. He has over four years of experience working in client service, accounting and corporate finance preparing reports, budgets and informing impactful decisions. It is this passion that drives Andrew’s desire to one day become a financial planner.

Andrew currently helps Merideon and our clients implement fantastic financial advice.

Andrew graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2016 and has since worked in Perth, London, and now Mandurah.

When Andrew isn’t at the office, you might find him having a surf, cooking up a storm, or planning his next adventure!

 


Brenton Sharpe

Client Support Officer

Brenton has worked in the Financial Planning Industry for over 4 years, in various Client Support roles. He has a dedication to assisting clients to improve their financial wellness and aspires to become a Financial Adviser.

He has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Curtin University, and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplan.

He is a sports fanatic. AFL (Go the Eagles), Tennis, cricket, you name it. He also has a passion for Film and Television and is always happy to talk about the latest release.

 


Jhoanna Duano

Client Support

Jhoanna’s role is to support the team in prepping and processing the extensive amount of data and paperwork required to operate a successful financial planning business. Jhoanna is tasked with ensuring our client information is kept up to date and accurate, collecting client information and preparing statements and paperwork for our client meetings.

Jhoanna admires Korean idols and likes to spend her weekends socializing and singing Karaoke with friends. She’s passionate about experiencing life and helping ensure our clients receive a great service.

 


Deni Palompon

Client Support

Deni’s role is to support the team with prepping and processing an extensive amount of paperwork and data required to operate a successful financial planning business. Deni is tasked with ensuring our client information is kept up to date and accurate, collecting client information and preparing paperwork for client meetings. Deni also heads up our social committeee.

Deni’s ideal vacation would be to visit another galaxy, when she’s not working Deni loves spending her time exploring the internet for interesting facts and reading comics.

 


Glenn Cadiz

Financial Planning Assistant

Glenn’s role is to support the Client Support Officer in prepping and processing paperwork, he is tasked with collecting client information and preparing statements and paperwork for our client meetings.

Glenn is fond of watching anime and playing mobile games in his free time. He loves gardening and collecting succulents and cacti. He has a fear of heights however he’s doing his best to conquer it by joining mountaineering and camping lately. Fun Fact: Anytime he goes on a date he finds himself craving Red Velvet cake.

 


Jessa Villaceran

Financial Planning Assistant

Jessa’s role is to support the Client Support Officer in prepping and processing paperwork, she is tasked with collecting client information and preparing statements and paperwork for our client meetings.

In her spare time, Jessa likes to watch Korean Drama and relax at home. In the warmer seasons y off having an adventure at the beach.  Jessa loves to help other people in her own small way, and tries to live each day by the quote “to be a blessing to other people”.

 


Javea Joslie de Pedro

Paraplanner

In my spare time, I mostly love relaxing at home, playing video games or watching movies. As a foodie, I also enjoy occasionally going on a food trip, trying new food and chilling in a peaceful café with loved ones. I’ve also loved travelling lately so that has become one of my long-term goals.

 


Peter Rattigan

Money Master Officer

After semi-retiring, Peter was seconded to manage our Money Master reconciliation and reporting services. After a long and varied career, Peter spent a large part of his career working in a company focused on money management where he developed a proprietary software package for the business.

Another spreadsheet aficionado, Peter is very comfortable juggling numbers and reports and has an eye for picking up when your numbers don’t add up.

Peter is a proud but part-time Grey Nomad and a passionate and talented photographer.

 


Charlise Rattigan

Administrator Assistant

Charlise’s role is to support the team in prepping and filing paperwork. 

Charlise is an aspiring actress, when she isn’t working she rehearses with Primmadonna Productions. Charlise’s goal is to be the lead in a Marvel movie, she feels the biggest failure for her would be to be cast in DC.


Bronte MacDonald

Bronte calls herself Merideon’s latest and greatest junior receptionist. Bronte graduated high school last year and has decided to continue her studies and is currently undertaking a Certificate 3 in Financial Services as well as well as HR. When she’s not at the office you can find her at the gym or exploring new places around WA with her friends. Her favourite TV series has to be Brooklyn 99 closely followed by Suits. She has a passion for helping people, her current goal is to grow her career at Merideon.


Emma Rattigan

Office Manager

Emma’s focus is on daily office operations and on helping us continuously improve our systems. You will find her coordinating the team, and managing client communications and events. Coming from outside of the Financial planning industry, Emma is able to provide valuable insights and question the way that we operate to help us identify and implement improvements.

When Emma isn’t wrangling two kids and her husband she loves to relax on the farm with a nice glass of Shiraz.
