Mark Rattigan is an experienced Financial Advisor with a vast knowledge base developed from years of extensive study, experience across all areas of finance and from working closely with specialised advisers in other fields. He is highly awarded as a Financial Planner and has been recognised as a Fellow Chartered Financial Practitioner, one of the highest designations for financial planning professionals.
Mark is passionate about helping people understand what is truly important to them and help them take control of their finances to build a better future for their family.
Mark has been an active member of the Peel region for over 25 years and enjoys the laid-back lifestyle and waterways with his wife and two children. He is the Vice President of the Peel Chamber of Commerce and an avid cricketer for the Pinjarra Cricket Club.

Tony has over 25 years’ experience in the financial planning industry. Starting in customer service, Tony has worked at MLC, AMP and Macquarie Bank as well as other well-known financial services institutions over the years. In the early years, Tony spent time as a Technical Specialist, supporting financial planners with their understanding and knowledge of the many rules and regulations impacting the provision of financial advice. Now himself a financial advisor, Tony understands how the right advice benefits those looking for guidance, direction and peace of mind to provide a safe, secure and enjoyable quality of life.
Tony is a strong supporter of the “R U OK?” day initiative. Started by some of his close friends the mental health awareness campaign is one very close to his heart.
Tony is passionate about a wide range of music (except the 80s) and loves his sports. He is a mad-keen Golfer and has also “pulled on the whites” after a 25-year break and started playing for the Pinjarra Cricket Club.

Geoff was the founder of Lighthouse Financial Planners (formerly Infocus Mandurah) and joined the Merideon team when the businesses merged in 2018. Geoff has been a Mandurah resident for over 50 years and his words is “just getting the hang of it!”. Geoff commenced Financial Planning after a long career in teaching and brings his teaching skillset to his interactions with clients.
When Geoff is not helping people improve their financial future, he is wrangling grandkids or out on the water surfing, scuba diving or fishing.

Danielle joined the Merideon team after a long career in the Mortgage industry across Australia.
She is passionate about helping clients, loves a challenge and is a massive spreadsheet nerd!
Danielle helps locate great finance and loan deals but goes one step further in making sure she gives great advice on how to structure it correctly to suit your needs and how to pay it off faster. She is thorough and doesn’t back down when fighting for a great client solution.
Danielle loves her health and fitness, she is a high-level martial artist, another mad-keen Golfer and a loving Mum to her boys.

Coming from a Financial Planning family, Tegan has a passion for the financial advice industry and in helping clients achieve more with their finances. With an extensive background in the industry, from stockbroking firms, to large and boutique financial planning firms, Tegan has a good working knowledge of the industry.
Tegan is passionate about ensuring our clients have the best level of customer service and fights to get them the best results. Her role is to ensure the smooth operations of the office and to help implement all of the strategies developed by our advice team.
Tegan is a proud Mum of two beautiful children and is dedicated to her family.

Hepseba joined the Merideon team when we merged with the Lighthouse business in 2018. Before that, she has had an extensive career in Financial Services focussed on client service, compliance and processes. Hepseba’s attention to detail is important to ensure our client’s strategies are implemented correctly and that the business processes are effective.
Emma is focussed on the efficient daily operations of the office and in helping us continuously improve our systems. Coming from outside of the Financial planning industry, Emma is able to provide valuable insights and question the way that we operate to help us identify and implement improvements.
Emma also manages Merideon’s client communications and events.
Emma loves hitting the gym, enjoying a wine with friends and wrangles two wonderful kids and her husband.
Reception / Office Support
Taylah joined the Merideon team after graduating high school with a plan to build a career in Administration. She loved the idea of working in a role that helped people improve their financial future and achieve their goals.
When she is not working hard at helping clients or studying, Taylah loves to stay active by playing netball, enjoying our beautiful beaches or hitting the gym.
Jhoanna’s role is to support the team in prepping and processing the extensive amount of data and paperwork required to operate a successful financial planning business.
Jhoanna is tasked with ensuring our client information is kept up to date and accurate, collecting client information and preparing statements and paperwork for our client meetings.
Jhoann is passionate about experiencing life and helping ensure our clients receive a great service.
Money Master Officer
After semi-retiring, Peter was seconded to manage our Money Master reconciliation and reporting services. After a long and varied career, Peter spent a large part of his career working in a company focussed on money management where he developed a proprietory software package for the business.
Another spreadsheet aficionado, Peter is very comfortable juggling numbers and reports and has an eye for picking up when your numbers dont add up.
Peter is a proud but part-time Grey Nomad and a passionate and talented photographer.
